About Parrish Epoxy Floor Coating

Parrish Epoxy Floor Coating is a local floor coating company focused on garages, shops, and concrete surfaces across northern Manatee County. The work is led by Guy, who has more than 30 years of experience in concrete and epoxy coating.

That background matters in Florida. A slab in Parrish does not behave the same way as a floor in a dry climate. Heat, humidity, afternoon storms, and hot tires all show up in the finished product if the wrong system goes down or the prep is rushed. Guy’s experience is in reading those conditions and matching the coating to the actual job, not just selling one product for every garage.

Most of our work is residential garage floor coating, including epoxy and polyaspartic systems. We also coat shop floors, storage spaces, and some lanai or patio slabs when the surface and use-case are a good fit. The approach is straightforward: inspect the concrete, explain the options in plain language, prepare the slab properly, and install a system built for local conditions.

We work throughout the corridor from Bradenton to Ruskin, including Parrish, Palmetto, Ellenton, and Lakewood Ranch. Newer communities along US-301, Fort Hamer Road, and Moccasin Wallow Road often need a finished garage after the house is already lived in. Older homes and shops closer to the Manatee River usually need more attention to existing stains, previous coatings, or moisture.

We do not treat every floor the same. A west-facing garage that sits open to the afternoon sun is a different job from an enclosed shop. A brand-new slab in a recent Parrish development is different from a painted floor that has already started peeling. That is the kind of detail that comes from decades in the trade.
